- Living/dining area
- At least four beds
- China, cutlery and kitchenware for four people
- Mains power if you have hook-up as well as gas and battery for being totally off-grid (solar optional)

Avondale – Sleeping arrangements
- Sleeps up to five adults and one small child
- Living space allows for a double bed or two separate adults
- One of the bunk can be stowed away to create additional storage for bikes or child cot
